M&E Contractor - Kvaerner Rashleigh Weatherfoil RMS Contract Value - £2,500,000
RMS Contract Works - An extremely difficult project involving the complete strip out and re-instalment of all Mechanical and Public Health Services for the refurbishment of 360 Bedrooms. A large proportion of the existing services were originally installed by Brunel when the Hotel was first constructed as the flagship of the Great Western Railway and, as such, major renovations were required to update this historic building. There were many complex engineering problems but with teamwork they were overcome.
