RMS Contract Works - When the Stock Exchange moved to their new headquarters in Paternoster Square they vacated an historic building nestling in the alleys of the city. With a great deal of foresight, overcoming some huge logistical and engineering problems, Bovis undertook the complete redevelopment and extension of the existing 26 floors and 3 sub-basements to produce a modern climate controlled office environment. We were responsible for the Mechanical Pipework throughout, including new Basement and Roof top Plant rooms, Risers and full fit-out. Although the contract was difficult mainly due to site logistics, it proved rewarding and remains one of our most prestigious contracts to date.
